Dangerously Texting and Driving
Since texting/handling a cell phone is illegal in Chicago, my brother decides he'd put his phone down on his lap while driving. He's looking down and texting while going 60 mph on a local street and never saw the car stopped in front of him at a light. Luckily, it was mostly bumper damage for the other car but his car was wrecked, and a cop saw what had happened and ticketed him.

Being a Vigilant Driver
When I am sitting in my car at a red light, I make it a habit of identifying drivers that are reading their phones or texting while in their cars. You can usually identify them because they keep looking down at their laps. I also make it a habit of letting them drive past me and I then get behind them.

Driver Shaving while driving
There was a day that I was on my way in to the office, when I saw a driver shaving while he was driving to work, he's not paying any attention to the cars that are stopped in front of him at a red light and almost rear ended a car in front of him. I thought this was just terrible,I thought this was one of the most cases of distracted driving.
